Thanks, Ana! My wife and I took two days off this week and the second landed us in this scene of tranquility at a vineyard called Allegro in southern Pennsylvania. I decided to snap this pic after preparing our little space of peace.

Most vineyards we go to are purposefully quiet vs. the more commercial ones, but we’re happy in those too. Usually the more attended wineries are ones we go to with friends. The lower key ones are like these, wide open scenery strictly, and those trips for just us.

It is said that if one is ever bored, then one is, oneself, boring; and if one allows oneself to be made uncomfortable or unhappy anywhere, one can never be completely happy or comfortable anywhere, either: “Wherever you go, there you are!” 👌✨

True wisdom. As I raised my son, I always said, “Bored is a dirty word, at least in my book.” It’ll land with him later, lol.
I am honestly never bored. If anything, I am chasing time. Time to accomplish, time to achieve and time to take a breath and say, “ahhhh,” usually with my wife.

Hundred percent. Nothing like that open air quietude and well-crafted vino. Two people in love and the good sense to find their spots to let it blossom.
